Athena’s Temple – Parthenon in Nashville, Tennessee – Olympus E520, 14-42mm f3.5-5.6

I’ve visited the Parthenon on several occasions throughout the years, but I never made any pictures of the structure in its entirety. Construction on the North side of the Parthenon limited my perspective, so I chose to capture shots from the South and East sides. These vantage points displayed a colorful sky for a backdrop. The sky in each shot gives a dramatic touch and maybe a touch of divinity.
