Olympus E520, Sigma 30mm f1.4 EX DC HSM
I would put this in the category of things you don’t see everyday. I first spotted this small sailboat on the way to work this morning. If I had the time, I would have stopped to get a photograph. As luck would have it, it was still there this evening on my commute back home. As I was taking these shots, a couple of state troopers pulled over to see what I was doing. In a joking manner, they asked me if I was shopping for a boat. They got out and to get a closer look at the boat and made the comment that it was strange to see something like this on the side of the road. I explained to them that was exactly why I had stopped to take a picture. After they figured I wasn’t having any car trouble, they were on their way. Well it appears that the Blue Dog was not a lucky dog today. I hope the owners find the boat as they left it.
